However, we must clarify that all descriptions regarding the metaphysical, spiritual, or energetic properties of our crystals are for historical, cultural, and entertainment purposes only.

  • No Guaranteed Outcomes: While we celebrate the positive intentions and "manifestation" practices associated with our stones, we do not guarantee any specific real-world outcomes (e.g., financial wealth, health improvements, or relationship success) from using or wearing our products.

SECTION 2 - NATURAL MATERIALS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS As explicitly stated in our Return Policy, our jewelry is crafted from 100% natural, unaltered gemstones and natural wood. Therefore, natural inclusions (such as ice cracks, mineral lines, and cotton-like patterns), slight color variations, and minor size differences are to be expected. These are natural characteristics, not manufacturing defects. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the unique, natural state of each piece.

SECTION 3 - WHOLESALE (B2B) & DROPSHIPPING TERMS For our boutique partners and wholesale clients engaging in bulk purchases or our white-label dropshipping services:

  • Asset Usage: We provide high-resolution, professional images and content to our authorized wholesale buyers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these specific assets solely for the purpose of reselling StellaLunar products.

  • Pricing & Availability: Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities (MOQs) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel wholesale accounts at our sole discretion if we determine the partnership does not align with our brand values.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT All content included on this site, such as stunning product photography, original text, Zen-luxury aesthetic graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of StellaLuna and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping of our website’s content by non-authorized parties is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW TThese Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
