We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for unused items in their original packaging.

Important Disclaimer: The Beauty of Natural Crystals Please read carefully before purchasing: Because we use 100% natural, unaltered stones (0% acid washing and 0% dyeing), each crystal carries the earth's unique fingerprint.

  • Natural Inclusions: Features such as internal ice cracks, cotton-like inclusions, minor surface pits, and natural color variations are normal characteristics of authentic gemstones, not quality defects or damages. * We celebrate these natural marks as proof of their pure origin. Therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds based on these natural gemstone characteristics.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective (e.g., broken clasp, snapped cord) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return To start a return (for non-gemstone characteristic issues), you can contact us at 「service@huizhipay.com 」. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day window. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exemptions: Please note that items returned due to natural gemstone characteristics (inclusions, color variations, surface pits) are not covered under this withdrawal right, as these are inherent properties of natural crystals, not defects.
